I want people to feel grounded but powerful. My approach brings a playful yet strong flow, with intention setting woven throughout each practice. It is about building strength while staying present and connected in your body.
Calm Strength, Ocean Energy
If my yoga style were a mood, it would be like the ocean, calming but empowered. My flows are intense but not chaotic because strength does not need to be at full speed. It is about staying anchored while you move.
Meet
My yoga journey first began during my freshmen year of college when I was struggling to find comfort in this next big chapter in my life. I felt lost as everyone else seemed to enjoy the typical college experience: Be loud. Go out. Party.
A year later, I did a semester in Hawaii where the social scene was all things health and wellness. Especially in the heated flows, I loved challenging myself and found myself going to classes with strangers to find my roots in this new place. After a semester of living in my second home, I knew I wanted to carry that passion and free spirit to help guide others. I have always been an island girl at heart and I want to bring that space for my people to come in and block out the outside noise. To just have fun, be bold and be themselves.
After completing my yoga teacher training in Costa Rica, yoga became more than a personal ritual. It became a language for slowing down, listening inward, and living with intention.

1:1 flow sessions
Available in person and online. If you are just beginning your yoga journey and looking to bring in a few minutes of meditation for mental strength and breathwork, these sessions will be around 30 mins to help kickstart your day.
